Philippe has over 30 years of field experience in conflict and post-conflict countries having worked for the diplomatic community, the United Nations, the World Bank Group, the European Union, and several Governments. His work focuses on peace and state building processes as well as coordinating and managing crisis response.

Philippe brings TisaMayo expertise in the areas of politics, diplomacy & crisis response, as well as an extensive network of individuals in both the public and private sector as well as in the non-governmental sphere.

Philippe is a passionate and committed worker. He's married with three children and enjoys sports and culture. He has a French Baccalaureate in social sciences and has worked in countries as diverse as Sudan, Iraq, Somalia, Kenya, to name a few. He speaks French, English, Spanish, Italian, as well as some Kiswahili and a few words of Somali and Arabic.
