Philippe has over 30 years of field experience in conflict and post-conflict countries, having worked for the diplomatic community, the United Nations, the World Bank Group, the European Union, and several governments. His work focuses on peace and state-building processes as well as coordinating and managing crisis response.

Philippe brings TisaMayo expertise in the areas of politics, diplomacy & crisis response, as well as an extensive network of individuals in both the public and private sectors as well as in the non-governmental sphere. As a certified kidnap-for-ransom incident manager, Philippe is part of TisaMayo's expert rapid response team.
 

Philippe is a passionate and committed worker. He's married with three children and enjoys sports and culture. He has a French Baccalaureate in social sciences and has worked in countries as diverse as Sudan, Iraq, Somalia, Kenya, to name a few. He speaks French, English, Spanish, Italian, as well as some Kiswahili and a few words of Somali and Arabic.
