Ludo is a seasoned investigations and intelligence professional with a 17-year career in law enforcement including as a Detective Chief Inspector at the Amsterdam police and as a police liaison officer in Moscow. In 2004 Ludo transferred to the private sector and has provided high-end investigation and intelligence services to corporations, non-for-profit and international organisations. Currently, Ludo is owner and managing consultant of investigative and intelligence consultancy firm BlockInt. He is an associate partner to Grant Thornton Advisory in Slovenia and a lecturer at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs of Leiden University.
Ludo holds a PhD in Public Administration and is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Information Privacy Professional.
