Victoria Stanski - Associate Partner Leadership Development - Director LAP™

Victoria Stanski is a humanitarian strategist, peacebuilder, and global facilitator with over 20 years of experience designing and leading leadership development in some of the world’s most volatile contexts. From Syria to Nigeria, Afghanistan to Yemen, she has worked with Mercy Corps, the International Rescue Committee, and Save the Children to lead emergency response, conflict resolution, and organisational change.

Victoria brings deep expertise in leadership under pressure, ethical decision-making, and system-wide resilience. As Managing Director of Common Good AI, she pioneers the use of technology to strengthen communities and civic engagement. She also serves on the board of the Center for Values in International Development, advocating for principled approaches in global humanitarian work.

With academic credentials in cultural anthropology and peacebuilding, including studies at Smith College, the University of Dar es Salaam, and American University, Victoria’s facilitation is rooted in cultural sensitivity, systems thinking, and a deep belief in human potential. Her role in LAP™ focuses on developing reflective, grounded, and ethically driven leaders for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
