Fedor Keredzin

TisaMayo Associated Partner

Fedor joined TisaMayo in September 2020 as Associated Partner with responsibilities for our Training & Capacity Building portfolio.

His passion for training originates from his first tour abroad with the Swedish Army contingent to UNPROR and IFOR back in 1995. Upon returning home,  he developed and organized – the first of its kind – a joint training exercise for commanding officers and military interpreters joining the mission in BiH, focusing on intelligence gathering, crisis management and communication. Since then he has worked in North Macedonia and Afghanistan.

Fedor regularly consults for the Swedish Army Survival School as a Conduct after Capture Instructor, delivering specialized high-risk environment training to key personnel, civil servants and media employees. In addition, he has experience with turning information into analytical products that support operational and strategic decision-making, designing and facilitating scenario-based training and Red Team exercises.

Fedor has an MSSc in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Uppsala.
